Terms & Conditions

1. Promotional Period

The ENROAD Australia Exclusive Launch Voucher promotion is valid from 1 November 2026 to 15 November 2026 (11:59 pm AEDT), or until the allocated promotional stock is sold out, whichever occurs first.

2. Offer Details

Eligible customers can receive AUD $300 off (including GST) their first ENROAD Smart Roof Box purchase by using the promotional code provided via email after registration.

The voucher applies to the purchase price of an eligible roof box only and does not apply to shipping, installation, roof racks or other accessories.

3. Eligibility

  • Available to first-time ENROAD roof box customers only.

  • Customers must register for the promotion and use the email address associated with their registration when purchasing.

  • Limited to one voucher redemption per customer.

  • The voucher is valid only for eligible ENROAD Smart Roof Boxes purchased through the official ENROAD Australia online store at enroadgear.au.

4. How to Redeem

Eligible customers will receive a promotional code via email after successfully registering for the offer.

To redeem the $300 voucher, enter the promotional code provided in the email at checkout during the promotional period.

The $300 reduction will be applied to eligible purchases once the code is accepted, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

5. Conditions & Exclusions

  • The voucher cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotional offers or vouchers.

  • The voucher is not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for credit.

  • The voucher cannot be applied retrospectively to orders placed before the promotional period.

  • The offer is subject to the availability of allocated promotional stock.

  • The voucher applies to one eligible roof box per customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

Purchases made using the promotional voucher are subject to ENROAD Australia's Returns & Exchange Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.

Where a refund is payable, the amount refunded will reflect the amount actually paid by the customer, subject to their applicable statutory rights.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. General Conditions

This promotion is offered by Headland Group, the authorised Australian distributor of ENROAD products.

Headland Group may amend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and any rights already accrued by eligible customers.
